Writing on Paper

Psychology courses offer you the opportunity to study the mind and human behavior such as how people think, feel, act and interact with their world. You'll learn about mental processes, brain functions and behavior, and in turn, improve your understanding of others and their actions.

Psychology courses can fulfill general education requirements for many of NWACC's degree paths and can be transferred to a four-year university.

If you decide to transfer and pursue a bachelor's degree in psychology, you can find employment opportunities in mental health, marketing research, child care, social services, career counseling, copywriting and more.
