Mental Health Resources
Mental health and wellness is an active and lifelong process, involving positive decision making and finding balance between priorities. It is tied to awareness and to making choices that lead to being happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Feel free to utilize the various resources for your mental health needs.
Mental Health Screenings
Mental health screenings are to be used for insight building and self-awareness. Screenings do not provide a diagnosis of any medical condition. The information provided by the screenings do not substitute for a full evaluation by a health professional, and should only be used as guide to understanding potential health issues. Please see a medical or mental health professional for additional information, support and referral for treatment or support groups.
How are you feeling? Mental health is a key part of your overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional.
