We are here to listen, support and help you. We can talk with you about your options
and guide you through any next steps.
How S.A.R.A.H. (Sexual Assault Resources & Help) Can Support You
As a survivor of sexual and relationship violence, you may have concerns about
your privacy, safety, education and more. Legal Aid of Arkansas provides free legal
services to help with noncriminal legal issues, including:
- Navigating Title IX proceedings
- Preparing for testimony
- Filing for a civil protective order
- Safeguarding victims rights
- Seeking on-campus accommodations
- Writing victim impact statements
Take advantage of our FREE, confidential walk-in help desk for student survivors of sexual assault.
Walk-in visits available at Bentonville Campus every third Thursday of the month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Services also available at Washington County location by appointment only.
