• 2:00pm: Nursing Pinning Ceremony

• Check-in will begin at 8:30am at the front gate entrance
• Plan to arrive early to allow for parking and check-in.
• It is preferred that students arrive and check-in prior to 9:30am.
• Students will not be able to check-in after 9:30am

• Students should expect to wear their cap and gown to the ceremony. Some exceptions may be made for specific programs.
• Caps and gowns are available for purchase at the NWACC Bookstore.
• Students should wear shoes that are comfortable and that are suitable for navigating stairs.

• Students may decorate their caps for the graduation ceremony.
• Decorations may not include profanity, derogatory language, or offensive language.
• All decorations must fit within the top of the cap only and must be non-distracting to other graduates.

• The AMP will provide parking attendants to direct students and guests to the available parking areas.
• Students and guests should expect to arrive early to find ample parking and enter the venue.

• Students will need to present their ticket at the entrance gate to enter the AMP.
• All guests (including children) will need a ticket to enter the AMP.

The following items arenot permitted at the Commencement Ceremony:

• Balloons
• Confetti
• Noise making devices
• Signs and/or posters
• Strollers and/or car seats
• Umbrellas
• Outside food or drink
