High School Concurrent Technical Programs
NWACC offers high school students a variety of concurrent technical programs through its Secondary Career Center. These programs allow you to explore your career interests while earning college credit toward an industry-recognized technical certificate. Through the center, courses are free of charge and certification fees are waved for currently enrolled high school students.
About the Secondary Career Center
NWACC's Secondary Career Center (SCC) is a workforce technical education center that offers career and technical programs to both high school and college credit (concurrent enrollment) students. The programs allow you to graduate high school with a technical certificate or significant hours toward a technical certificate or an associate’s degree. The center serves all school districts in Northwest Arkansas, including students who are homeschooled.
