Hazing Incident Reporting Options

Call 911 or NWACC Department of Public Safety at 479-619-4229 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

Hazing incidents should be reported as soon as possible when they occur. Anyone can file a report, and all reports are investigated. Important details to include in a report are:

  • Names of people and/or organizations involved
  • Date and time
  • Where it happened
  • A specific description of what happened

The College’s ability to investigate hazing, enforce policy, and protect students depends on accurate and specific reports. You are encouraged to provide as much specific detail as possible so that the reported behavior can be addressed.

Anonymous Reporting

Hazing may be reported anonymously through one of the online reporting options below. Please keep in mind, it may be difficult to complete an investigation without speaking to the person who made the report.

If you have been hazed, witnessed, or suspect hazing, you can use any of the methods below for reporting.
