Wifi & Internet Access

View the available options to access wifi/internet around NWACC locations and NWA, via hotspots, and through the Affordable Connectivity Program.

Access options:

  • NWACC offers FREE wifi in any college building and the parking lots outside of Burns Hall and the Washington County building have wifi boosters so you can connect while outside those buildings.

  • The NWACC library provides a limited number of wifi hotspots for checkout. You must have an Equipment  Agreement Form on file and be enrolled in the current semester. For more information, email library@nwacc.edu.

  • The City of Fayetteville maintains free, public internet access locations. Visitors to these locations can connect with smart phones, tablets, laptops and other wifi-enabled devices.

  • As part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, President Biden and Vice President Harris worked with democrats, republicans, and independents to create the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides eligible households $30 per month off their internet bills. ACP-eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers.
