Collections and Unpaid Accounts

If you have an outstanding unpaid balance, your account may be sent to collection as indicated in the NWACC Financial Responsibility statement.

Prior to sending your account to collection, NWACC will attempt to notify you about your outstanding debt using your current NWACC email account and the mailing address we have on file. 

If you receive a collection communication from NWACC, review your student account online. 

  • Log into My NWACC using your username and password
  • On the left hand side, select Treasurer, then select Touchnet eServices
  • To make a payment, select the green Make Payment button in the Student Account box
  • Payment may also be made at the Treasurer's window at Becky Paneitz Student Center 2nd floor
