Workforce Development provides training and development opportunities across a variety of specialized needs, ranging from small businesses looking for team training options to individuals interested in beginning a career in construction. We offer strategic community partnerships and world-class training that allow students to earn an Associate of Applied Science, technical certificates, and certificates of proficiency. NWACC's new Integrated Design Lab offers courses in construction, visual arts and design. The facility houses space for sculptures, ceramics, a Fab Lab with 3D printers, a CNC router, laser cutting equipment and other tools. Students are encouraged to test creative entrepreneurial ideas by utilizing the skills learned in various classes.
