Radiologic Technology

By participating in NWACC's Radiologic Technology program partnership with North Arkansas College (Northark), you'll be prepared to become a radiologic technologist (RT), an imaging health care professional.

RTs perform imaging examinations on patients using modalities such as X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed technology (CT). Specialized areas of radiologic imaging include, but are not limited to mammography, fluoroscopy and interventional cardiology.

You can complete your prerequisite radiologic imaging sciences coursework at NWACC and then apply to Northark to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology.
