Whether it is designing the latest technology, becoming an accountant or an entrepreneur, or pursuing retail or logistics management, the diverse disciplines of NWACC's Business and Computer Information Systems Division prepares you with the technical skills and knowledge needed to enter the workforce.
Earn a degree or certificate, prepare to transfer, or do both. Many courses are transferable to Walton College of Business and other universities. Courses may be taken individually or as part of a planned program leading to a certificate an associate degree. Further education is encouraged to increase your job skills and obtain gainful employment in the business and computer information industry.

Accounting Technology

vital to launching and running a small business.

Logistics Management
Learn how to effectively manage inventory and accounts receivable and become an integral part of a supply chain organization.
Retail Management
Gain insight into areas of the retail industry such as marketing, inventory, merchandising,
e-commerce and supply chain management.
Computer Programs

Computer-Aided Design
Learn how to create detailed drawings of parts, systems and buildings, as well as site plans that are
used by machinists and construction workers.

Computer Programming
Learn about GUI, C++ and JAVA programming and build a strong foundation in writing
code for programs and applications.

Information Management
Become proficient in various office technologies and be prepared to oversee computer
storage equipment, networks and software.

Networking & Cyber Security
Develop skills in analyzing and designing computer network requirements, installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software.
